Wedding Wednesday Vol. 18 Our Romantic Save The Dates with Basic Invite

Wedding Wednesday Vol. 18
Our Romantic Save the Dates with Basic Invites

Now that our save the dates have officially been stuffed, stamped, and delivered to our wedding guests, I’m excited to share them with you for today’s Wedding Wednesday post!
Obviously there are a ton of places to purchase save the dates, but  when Basic Invite reached out Nick and I were hooked. They have everything from party invites to holiday cards and am so excited to use them for future events!

Once Nick & I had narrowed it down to our theme for the invites we were good to go! Basic Invite had so many romantic themed invites it was hard to choose! They also have matching wedding invitations so I knew we wanted to go that way. I love that they would be able to match and still be in our theme.
We both knew we didn't want our photo on our save the date, but we both did know we wanted something unique. Their Romantic Save the Dates just sold us! It had exactly what we were looking for!

We ended up choosing the Greenery Leaves Save the Dates and I nearly squealed when we got them in the mail because they are so gorgeous! The front contains details such as our names, date, and our new home. We also love how Basic Invite made them personal and true to our style.
Another one of my favorite features on Basic Invite (that initially sold me :) is their address assistant & free recipient addressing! When we first began gathering everyone’s addresses, we downloaded their template in order to input them all. Once we had everyone’s we simply uploaded the file & all of the addresses were there and ready to be printed! If someone’s address or information changes, we can easily update it within their Address Assistant! This also saved a lot of time because once we received them all we had to do was stuff & seal the envelopes!
Once we received the save the dates in the mail, Nick and I made a whole night of getting them ready to be sent out! We grabbed a bottle of our favorite wine, turned on a Netflix show and sat on the couch stuffing envelopes. I know this is a small thing, but we’ve really enjoyed taking in even the small moments together throughout the wedding planning process. It’s been fun to make joint decisions, laugh over wedding stresses & just enjoy this season of life together!
If you’re on the fence about where to order from, whether it be save the dates, invitations, holiday cards, etc. I really cannot say enough good things about Basic Invite.
